Privacy Policy – JALA Properties Bookkeeping App

This Privacy Policy describes how JALA Properties LLC ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the JALA Properties Bookkeeping application (the "App"), an internal software tool that connects to our QuickBooks Online account through the Intuit developer platform.
Who Uses the App. The App is a private, internal tool used solely by JALA Properties LLC to manage our own bookkeeping. It is not distributed to, or used by, the public.
Information the App Accesses. The App accesses accounting data in our own QuickBooks Online company file, such as transactions, invoices, accounts, and reports. It does not collect information from website visitors, tenants, or any third parties.
How Information Is Used. Data accessed by the App is used exclusively for internal bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting for JALA Properties LLC. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties.
Data Storage and Security. OAuth tokens and credentials used by the App are stored securely on equipment controlled by JALA Properties LLC and are not shared. Access is limited to authorized personnel of JALA Properties LLC.
Third-Party Services. The App connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online. Use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit's own terms and privacy policy.
Changes to This Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
