End-User License Agreement – JALA Properties Bookkeeping App

Effective date: July 2, 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the JALA Properties Bookkeeping application (the "App"), a private software tool owned and operated by JALA Properties LLC.

License. JALA Properties LLC grants its authorized personnel a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for internal bookkeeping purposes. The App is not licensed or offered to the public.

Restrictions. The App may not be copied, resold, sublicensed, or used to access data belonging to any party other than JALA Properties LLC.

Intellectual Property. The App and all related materials are the property of JALA Properties LLC. QuickBooks and related marks are the property of Intuit Inc.

Disclaimer of Warranty. The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JALA Properties LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Termination. This license may be terminated at any time by JALA Properties LLC. Upon termination, all use of the App must cease.
